Welcome to Morocco Golf Trips. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.
1. General Information
- Morocco Golf Trips organizes and facilitates golf travel experiences in Morocco.
- These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through our website, email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
- By booking with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
2. Booking & Payment Policy
A. Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A reservation is considered confirmed only after the required deposit has been received.
- Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with itinerary details, payment instructions, and other important information.
B. Payment Terms
- A deposit of 30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the start of your trip.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed payment methods.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
A. Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund, minus administrative fees.
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund, as reservations and bookings will have been finalized.
B. Cancellation by Morocco Golf Trips
- In rare cases, if we must cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, or insufficient participants), we will offer:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule for another date.
- We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to cancellations (e.g., airfare, visa fees).
4. Changes & Modifications
A. Changes by Customer
- Any requests for changes (e.g., date changes, upgrades) must be submitted in writing.
- We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
B. Changes by Morocco Golf Trips
- We reserve the right to make adjustments to itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, golf course maintenance, hotel availability).
- In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements of equal or higher value.
5. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any required health documents.
- Morocco Golf Trips is not liable for any issues related to missing or incorrect travel documents.
6. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events.
- Morocco Golf Trips is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of travel insurance.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
- Morocco Golf Trips acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, transport companies, golf courses).
- While we take every precaution to ensure a smooth trip, we are not liable for:
- Delays or disruptions caused by third-party providers.
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Injuries, accidents, or health-related issues during the trip.
8. Code of Conduct
- Customers are expected to respect local customs, golf course rules, hotel regulations, and fellow travelers.
- Any behavior that disrupts the trip or violates local laws may result in the termination of services without refund.
9. Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for trip interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.)
- Political instability or government restrictions
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
- If you experience any issues during your trip, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
- Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the trip’s conclusion.
- Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiations. If unresolved, they will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of Morocco.
